How it works:

Our RE/MAX Depot business model centers around the concept of simplifying an agents affiliation with the # 1 real estate company in the world. RE/MAX

On the first of each month you would only contribute a small RE/MAX membership fee of $360.00. When you have a closing on either a listing or a sale there would be transaction fee of only $650.00 after the RE/MAX 5% Franchise fee is deducted. The transaction fee's are capped at 2 transactions per month or up to a max of 24 per year. In doing so you will never pay more than $1,300. per month or $15,600. per year.Close only 10 transactions all year, pay only 10 fees. It is that simple.

Commission from Sale: $6,000.00

RE/MAX Franchise Fee: 5% 300.00

Company Transaction fee 650.00
